Willow Brook Golf Course

The Willow Brook Men’s Club will begin it’s 2010 season on Saturday, April 17.

Willow Brook offers an exciting Men’s Golf Club that plays weekdays and Saturday mornings. With your membership you receive a USGA Handicap as well as a chance to play in our highlight event, our Net and Gross Club Championships played in the fall! Player of the Year We will institute a Player of the Year award honoring the golfer who accumulated the most “POY” points throughout the year. Points will be rewarded for participation in events and for results in weekly play.

Points will be rewarded as follows:

• 1 point for participating in an event
• 3 points for 1^st place finish in gross or net
• 2 points for 2^nd place finish in gross or net
• 1 point for 3^rd place finish in gross or net
• 1 point for closest to the hole win

Major Series In addition to the Club Championship, we will introduce a series of three Major events in honor of Willow Brook Men’s Club members who have passed on. Player of the Year points for these events will be doubled. Major events will be the following:

Paridis Tournament

Dombeck Tournament

O’Neil Tournament

Club Championship*

*“POY” points will be rewarded to gross and net club champions and runners-up.

Ringers We will be honoring the player who has the lowest gross 18-hole ringer score over the course of the year. This is the lowest score you have on each hole during stroke play events over the course of the season. A ringer book will be kept in the Golf Shop and it will be the player’s responsibility to enter their ringers.

Referral Rewards Bring in a new Men’s Club player and receive a free greens fee the next time you play. You will receive a free round for each new member you sign-up.

Prize Fund Starting this year you will be required to use your golf shop credit by October 31. This will allow us to continue to provide the finest equipment and fashions at unbeatable prices.

Willow Brook Men’s Club

Our 2010 season is getting ready to start and once again we will be forming our Men’s Club for fun, friendships and exciting play. All Men’s Club events will be 18 holes to be held on Mondays thru Saturdays. On Saturday we will have tee times starting at 7:30 AM and follow in succession of each other. Weekday events can be played at any time during the day, however you must play with another member of the Men’s Club and turn in your score to the Golf Shop by 7:00pm.

Opening Day—Saturday April 17, 2010

The entry fee for each event will be $5.00 per player; this fee is solely for the Men’s Club Event prizes and does not include any greens or golf car fees. Each entry fee is payable the day you play, no exceptions. We have also held a Skins Pool each week that is optional to all contestants. All weekly winners will be paid in Golf Shop Credit.

The yearly cost to join the Willow Brook Men’s Club will be $55.00. This fee includes a USGA Handicap and entry fees for four (4) Men’s Club Events.
